MAIN DISHES

Lasagna(Meat/Vegetarian)

Fresh Large:

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Bake covered for 35–40 min, then uncover and bake an additional 10–15 min.

Let rest 25–30 min before serving.
Frozen Large:

Thaw completely.

Bake at 325°F for 40–45 min covered, then uncover and bake for 10–15 min.

If baking from frozen, add 15–20 min. Rest 25–30 min.
Fresh Small:

Bake at 325°F for 20–25 min covered,

then uncover for 10–15 min.

Rest 15–20 min.
Frozen Small:

Thaw, bake at 325°F for 30–40 min covered,

then uncover for 10–15 min.

Mac & Cheese

Fresh

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Bake covered for 25–30 min.

Uncover and bake an additional 10–15 min.
FROZEN

Meatballs

Frozen

bake at 350°F for 25–40 min until internal temp reaches 160°F.

Tip: Sear before baking in sauce for extra flavor.
Chicken Parmesan

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Bake covered for 20–25 minutes.

Uncover and bake for 10–15 minutes.

Rest 15–20 minutes before serving.
Frozen

Thawed: Bake covered 30–40 minutes, uncover 10–15 minutes. Rest 15–20 minutes.

Baked Beef Rigatoni

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Pizza Dough

Thaw 1 day in fridge.
-
Rest 1–2 h at room temperature.
-
Roll, top, and bake at 400°F for 15–25 min.

Frozen Pizza
-
Place the pizza to the oven safe baking tray
-
pre heat 425°F
-
bake For 12 mins
-
Rest for 2 mins

Garlic Bread
-
Thaw 1 day in fridge.
-
Rest 1–2 h at room temperature.
-
Roll, top, and bake at 400°F for 15–25 min.

Potato Gratin Dauphinois
-
Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.
-
Place tray in the middle rack of the oven.
-
Bake for 35–45 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
-
Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
