MAIN DISHES

⚠️ Note: Oven times and temperatures may differ. Cook until the meal is hot all the way through.

Lasagna(Meat/Vegetarian)

Large Meat Lasagna

Fresh Large:

  • Preheat oven to 325°F.

  • Bake covered for 35–40 min, then uncover and bake an additional 10–15 min.

  • Let rest 25–30 min before serving.

Frozen Large:

  • Thaw completely.

  • Bake at 325°F for 40–45 min covered, then uncover and bake for 10–15 min.

  • If baking from frozen, add 15–20 min. Rest 25–30 min.

Fresh Small:

  • Bake at 325°F for 20–25 min covered,

  • then uncover for 10–15 min.

  • Rest 15–20 min.

Frozen Small:

  • Thaw, bake at 325°F for 30–40 min covered,

  • then uncover for 10–15 min.

  • If baking from frozen, add 15–20 min. Rest 15–20 min.

Mac & Cheese

  • Preheat oven to 325°F.

  • Bake covered for 25–30 min.

  • Uncover and bake an additional 10–15 min.

​FROZEN

  • Bake covered for 40–45 min.

  • Uncover and bake an additional 10–15 min.

Meatballs

Beef and Pork Meatball

Frozen

  • bake at 350°F for 25–40 min until internal temp reaches 160°F.

  • Tip: Sear before baking in sauce for extra flavor.

Chicken Parmesan

Fresh

  • Preheat oven to 325°F.

  • Bake covered for 20–25 minutes.

  • Uncover and bake for 10–15 minutes.

  • Rest 15–20 minutes before serving.

Frozen

  • Thawed: Bake covered 30–40 minutes, uncover 10–15 minutes. Rest 15–20 minutes.

  • From Frozen: Bake covered 45–60 minutes (add 15–20 minutes), uncover 10–15 minutes. Rest 15–20 minutes.

Roasted Garlic & White Wine Cream Penne

  • Preheat oven to 325°F.

  • Bake covered for 25–30 min.

  • Uncover and bake an additional 10–15 min.

  • Bake covered for 40–45 min.

  • Uncover and bake an additional 10–15 min.

Cannelloni (Meat/Vegetarian)

Small Spinach Canelloni

Fresh:

  • Bake at 325°F for 20–25 min covered

  • then uncover for 10–15 min.

  • Rest 15–20 min.

Frozen:

  • Thaw, bake at 325°F for 30–40 min covered,

  • then uncover for 10–15 min.

  • If baking from frozen,

  • add 15–20 min.

  • Rest 20–30 min.

Arancini (Mozzarella/Mushroom)

  • Remove lid and bake 15–25 min until hot.

  • Bake covered for 30–40 min.

  • Uncover and bake an additional 10–15 min

FROZEN

  • Bake covered for 45–55 min.

  • Uncover and bake an additional 10–15 min.

Fresh Large

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.

  • Bake covered for 50–60 min, then uncover and bake an additional 10–15 min.

Frozen Large:

  • Thaw completely.

  • Bake at 325°F for  1hr 10 min– 1hr 20 min covered, then uncover and bake for 15–20 min.

Pizza Dough

  • Thaw 1 day in fridge.
  • Rest 1–2 h at room temperature.
  • ​Roll, top, and bake at 400°F for 15–25 min.

  • Place the pizza to the oven safe baking tray
  • pre heat 425°F
  • bake For 12 mins 
  • Rest for 2 mins​

Garlic Bread 

  • Thaw 1 day in fridge.
  • Rest 1–2 h at room temperature.
  • ​Roll, top, and bake at 400°F for 15–25 min.
Pizza Dough

Potato Gratin Dauphinois

  • Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.

  • Place tray in the middle rack of the oven.

  • Bake for 35–45 minutes or until golden and bubbling.

  • Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

Pasta & Sides

Ricotta Gnocchi

  • Boil salted water. Add frozen gnocchi. When they float, they’re ready. Sear in pan and toss with sauce.
